Before hiring anyone, always verify that the company is licensed, insured, and properly registered for your state or city if required. You do not need a long message. Simple is fine. The best contact requests usually include just a few details:

- city, ZIP code, or service area
4. How to reach you
- name, phone number, email, and preferred language if helpful

Please do not send sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, card numbers, immigration status, or private records. We do not need that to help with matching.

If you want to skip the back-and-forth, you can get matched and tell us the basics. Matching is free to the homeowner or business. Participating security companies pay us a flat fee to receive leads.

Here is the process in plain language:

1. You share basic information about the property and what you want to protect.
2. We review the request and try to match you with companies serving your area.
3. If a match is available, a company may contact you to discuss options, timing, and a possible estimate.
4. You compare, ask questions, and decide whether to move forward.

Important contact notice: by requesting to be matched or contacted, you may be contacted by phone, email, or SMS, including by autodialer, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text message, where allowed. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time.

Please take your time. Do not sign on the spot because of door-to-door or phone pressure. Read the full contract, the monitoring agreement, the contract length, any auto-renewal language, the monthly fee, and the cancellation or early-termination terms before signing.
